The company is Outstanding! Honest, Professional, … treats You like Family!
I needed to find a place to take care of my situation yesterday and had their flyer. I called them and they took care of my tire which had like a Large Tent Peg inside the tread. They were able to patch it and now I feel at peace about driving.. Nick is a Phenomenal Customer Service Person who makes You feel Special and takes care of Any Concerns You May Have. Jarred took such good care of my car and gave me advice I needed. He was Sensitive to All My Questions I had. He was Excellent in explaining what he did to repair my car. Very Honest and Respectful. This Definitely has been an Answered Prayer for me. Kudos to All!!

Thanks to @bdrautomotive The Bee Rover is now back in action. Diagnosis: major engine failure, the timing chain broke, which lead to the pistons smacking the valves. Push rods were all bent. @bdrautomotive performing a rebuild of the top end of the engine. And now we have 20 to 30% better acceleration, less smoke and less oil leaks. Great work!

BDR was fantastic and we will be going back! I submitted an appointment form on their website and someone called me the very next day. We scheduled an appointment and I got several service reminders leading up to the appointment. Once my car was in the shop I got a link to a virtual vehicle assessment that detailed their inspection report. Shortly afterwards I got a call from my Technician to let me know that my car was ready for pickup. I love their virtual system and everyone I spoke to from the moment I made an appointment was pleasant and super helpful.

We recently used BDR to perform a diagnostic on the fuse panel of a Jaguar F-Pace SUV. The professionalism, responsiveness, care, and integrity demonstrated by BDR was unmatched. Equally, the technical skills and familiarity with the vehicle were commendable. The techs knew the 5 separate fuse boxes and exactly how each one contains fuses that protect a different group of circuits to successfully complete the diagnostic. Following completion, a tech test drove the car a few times to ensure the issue was resolved and confirmed safety. It’s hard to find this level of expertise and extraordinarily respectful service. We look forward to using BDR in the future for our vehicle needs.

BDR is by far the best shop in Massachusetts area for your Land Rover needs. My wife and I where traveling home from Maine when our wheel hub went out leaving us stranded on the interstate.
Not knowing anyone in the area we reached out to close friend that recommended BDR Automotive and we are so glad that he did. Brian Rossini the owner of the business went above and beyond when helping us and I will never forget it!!
If your ever in the area i strongly recommended giving him that or stop by and tell him I sent you🤙

I brought my Land Rover Discovery in to BDR for a misfire that I had failed to resolve with multiple attempts. Brian quickly identified a root cause and repaired it quickly and with a fair price. The vehicle had some other issues that he was able to resolve on subsequent trips, even saving me money by offering good used parts per my approval. The team at BDR is friendly and professional. I will be happy to go back for future needs.

My husband found these guys when we moved to town a few years back. he works right next to a dealership and could very easily give them the business due to ease, however, we do whatever we can to keep the business local to BDR. They have a loaner car that they are nice enough lend out for any and all service, even an oil change. These guys are the best, integrity, empathy, honesty and sincerity, No better shop in the area. Major plus that they are very well versed with 4×4 applications as well for those who are looking for a good local east coast 4×4 shop, look no further, hard to find out this way

Brought my 4Runner in to install a lift kit I purchased, as well as new wheels and tires. Service turnaround time was great, as well as the price was better than expected too. Quality work, will be back for additional projects as they come up. 5/5 – would recommend.

Excellent auto repair facility – had two of my vehicles turned around very quickly. One of my trucks had a broken exhaust that BDR repaired themselves, saving me huge money vs buying a new exhaust system. They have a very clever mobile based communication tool, it tells you when they have started on your vehicle and sends inspection reports to you with details of work needed…..there are even pictures! Excellent company won’t go anywhere else.

I came to BDR Automotive with some tricky requests for my project truck that I had been previously turned away for by a “professional body shop.”. Technician Jarred took the time to listen and understand the work I was looking to have done, and asked questions to make sure he knew exactly what my desired end results were. BDR was able to custom fabricate brackets and mount my aftermarket steel bumper, and mounted and wired my aftermarket tow mirrors. Jarred went out of his way to offer to replace my rusted trailer wiring socket mount, and made sure the end product looked fantastic! Kat at the front desk kept me apprised of timing of my services and called me with frequent updates and to confirm additional services that were required as they uncovered them (rather than just doing it and charging me without my consent!). BDR was friendly and accessible throughout the duration of my experience with them, completed the work ahead of their quoted timeframe, and the work was top-notch quality. I had driven by BDR hundreds of times, and I’m so glad I finally stopped in to see what they could do to help me. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by BDR, and my truck has never looked better! They have certainly earned my business, and will be my first call the next time I need services for my truck!

I brought my recently imported / restored Defender 90 to BDR for some fluid leaks and a few other minor things to be corrected. Brian (the owner) and his team were professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. You can tell how much pride Brian has with his business as he should. He went above and beyond to take care of my truck. BDR has a customer for life!

Brian was great to work with and took the time to ask questions and understand what my specific needs were for this truck. When all was said and done they did a great job for a very fair price and to top it off they gave me a free loaner car while my truck was getting worked on! Hands down the easiest most stress free experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. Very professional. Very responsive. Work was done on time and exceeded my expectations.

Outstanding Service, Prices that beat other shops, and TRUE Customer focus! They just fixed the exhaust on my daughter’s Subaru Forester. Other shops quoted me $1200 for full replacement of 2 mufflers due to rusted out flanges. BDR’s crew looked at the exhaust and suggested a safe, alternative. Saving me $900 and giving her car another 5 years on the mufflers. AWESOME GROUP!

I recently had broken transmission which is a pretty intimidating issue. BDR worked with me on solutions for parts, how to control repair costs and kept me in the loop the entire time. An awful situation was made a lot easier by BDR. Thanks!

Finding a mechanic I can trust is very important to me and I’m so glad I’ve found that at BDR. I shop around with almost everything and once I find a place that is fair, affordable and trustworthy I stick with them; that’s what you’ll find there. I’m so happy with their customer service and patience with explaining fixes to me that I won’t go anywhere else!

I took my Range Rover to Brian at BDR automotive on the referral of a friend. Brian diagnosed the problem with-in a half hour ordered the parts and had the car fixed and returned the next day. Service was excellent cost was very reasonable for a Range Rover repair. I highly recommend Brian and BDR Automotive!
