MEET THE ROSSINI’S: BRIAN AND CHRISSY
For over 25 years, Brian’s worked as a diagnostician and mechanic. With his knowledge and support from his wife, Brian brought BDR Automotive to life. As the owners and operators of BDR Automotive, Brian and Chrissy put a premium on professionalism. Their combined talents and values are what make BDR Automotive work.
As the office manager, Chrissy oversees all accounting and daily operation matters. Meanwhile, Brian services and repairs vehicles. Together, they make BDR Automotive a well-oiled machine. As their enterprise continues to flourish, Brian and Chrissy aim to furnish their customers with the respect and transparency they deserve.

BRIAN ROSSINI
Owner
Master Technician
As life-long residents of Holliston MA, the Rossini family is well known for honesty and integrity in the community. They take great pride in providing honest, high quality repairs to their friends, family and the community. The Rossini’s believe by extending honor and respect to the community and their customers, they will be known and respected themselves for those same values. The Rossini family is dedicated to the future, safety and integrity of Holliston MA. Under the Rossini family direction you can be assured they will always recommend the right repairs and stand behind them. Brian Rossini (owner) is an ASE certified Diagnostician/Technician with over 25 years experience. He has a true love of all things cars as a professional technician and an avid automotive sport and hobby enthusiast.
CHRISSY ROSSINI
Owner
Office Manager
Chrissy is a firm believer in family and community. Her contributions in building the business has come from paying attention to detail, listening to customers, staff, and others around here. She takes pride in all of the work that’s done at the shop along with each relationship that is created.
She handles accounting and runs daily operations that keep BDR running smoothly. She Implements procedures and policy changes to enhance operational efficiency. She also monitors internal processes aiming to improve the way BDR creates and delivers value to its customers.
JARRED MCGEE
Technician
Jarred is not only an amazingly competent and capable technician, he is a confident leader and source of incredible knowledge. Known for being a tireless and dedicated technician, he is always friendly and professional, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure BDR customers leave with peace of mind about their vehicle. Jarred attended Mass Bay Community College where he earned his Associates Degree in Automotive Technology. He went on to receive a Toyota T-TEN Certificate while working in Toyota’s dealership system.
Jarred has also worked at an auto-body repair shop that specialized in complex high-end vehicles such as the Tesla.
CHRISTOPHER GRADY
Technician
Chris has joined the BDR team as highly certified technician. He is a hard worker and very reliable. Chris specializes in diagnostics and prides himself on proficiency and getting the job done right the first time! Chris has the proven ability to deliver quality work with excellent customer satisfaction. Chris attended Mass Bay Community College where he earned his degree in Automotive Technology. He has gone on to become ASE certified as well as having certifications in KIA and TOYOTA diagnostics. Chris has 11 years experience working in fast paced, high volume dealerships. He is now an asset to the BDR Automotive team!
AMY BAKER
HR Manager
Amy is also a part of the Rossini family and a life long resident of Holliston. She has completed many useful services for BDR and does a little bit of everything! Over the years she has establishes respectful relationships with the staff, and the people in our community. Amy handles the administration and regular maintenance of employee payroll and benefits. She also keeps BDR up to date with labor laws and in compliance with employee standards. Amy has phenomenal organization skills and is a huge asset to the company. Amy attended Fairfield University, majoring in organizational Communications and minoring in Marketing. She was the Office Manager at Gymnastics Express before coming to work at BDR.
NICHOL APOSTLE
Service Writer
Nichol comes to us with a long line of management and service writer experience. She is well accomplished in the automotive field. Nichol is extremely organized and excels at customer service! From the first day she joined our team she jumped into the roll with ease. Her extraordinary communication skills keep the workflow going in the shop and helps keep the clients informed.
Nichol attended Bristol community college for business, then went on to get certified in automotive parts and service writing. She was on the Automotive Advisory Committee at South Easton Regional Tech High School and got service writer certified at Automotive Training Institute.
Nichol has a husband and two children. She is always up for an adventure and trying new things.
She loves nature! Hiking in the white mountains is her favorite hobby along with reading. She enjoys reading horror and scary books. Nichol is also rebuilding a ‘69 rambler scrambler, in her spare time!
With Nichol’s professionalism and strong automotive knowledge, she is ready to help you with all your vehicle maintenance needs. We are excited to have Nichol be a part of the BDR Family!
NICK KIRBY
Technician
Nick is one of our younger full time Technicians. He is very dedicated to his job and has strong work ethic. He has a willingness to keep learning and is a team player. Nick has the ability to work on several different types of vehicles and cares about the type of work he puts out there. Nick is also licensed to perform all state inspections.
Nick attended Milford High School. While at Milford high, he worked at a gas station and performed basic mechanic duties. When he graduated high school, he worked at a heavy equipment shop and then he went on to work at Westboro Toyota as a lube Tech. He was responsible for oil changes, brake jobs and diagnosing customer vehicle issues.
In his spare time, Nick enjoys fixing up his truck and driving off road. He loves to Rock crawl, go hiking, and do anything outdoors. Nick also has 2 small dogs at home.
Nick is very eager to help out our customers. We are lucky to have him on our team!
